Connector Brewery, West Kelowna
This infill microbrewery aims to connect the community through an inclusive, accessible atmosphere, while sharing their craft beers. The design infuses modernism with the already industrial building while incorporating a variety of natural elements. As well as the tasting, the building will also include a small kitchen offering a focused menu of carefully selected plant-based comfort food. Local, seasonal ingredients are aimed to be used where possible.
