1st Street Row Housing, Salmon Arm
This new 10 unit development provides 4 studio apartments, 4 three-bedroom apartments, and 2 four-bedroom apartments. Two structures are spaced to provide a courtyard between which leads you down the hill towards the rear yard. This rear yard is geared primarily towards children and their families, providing an area to play without the need to commute. On the south side there is a descending community garden for any resident to use. This steep slope design made coordination with our landscape designers a rigorous task c/w check dams landscaping that detains water.
